Overview

I formed IA Capital Partners in Q1 2007 to hold my personal angel investments, which are principally financial technology and digital/social media-focused. I back world-class entrepreneurs and often invest with other Internet entrepreneurs and social media-driven VCs.

Chazak Value Corp. (www.publicard.com), 2008
Through PubliCARD and its Infineer Ltd. subsidiary, Chazak Value designs and develops smart card software and hardware solutions for campus environments. The Company's solutions facilitate card-based payment for a wide variety of services typically found on both corporate and education sites. This public vehicle (OTC: CARD) will be used to acquire $10-$100 million revenue companies that may be distressed, in transition or in need of management. 90% owned by The 500 Group and the balance by institutional investors.
